Mommy Mornings at Park Here the Winter Indoor Park

Nolita, Manhattan – Last year, Openhouse Gallery brought New Yorkers the most talked about and exciting pop up, Park Here, the indoor park. This year we’re back earlier, bigger, better and with a special perk for moms and kids. We’re introducing Mommy Mornings, where the entire park will be hosting moms, kids and nannies privately from 8:30 am until noon every day (the park will then be open to the public after noon). 

Starting on December 9th through February 15th Mommy Mornings will be a safe, fun, warm environment that will include Yogi Beans yoga, House of Jem holiday arts and crafts workshops for kids, sing alongs with Ryan, and story times with different children ‘s book authors.

For the mommies – besides three hours a day of peace and a spacious place where kids can run around and have fun – Openhouse is curating fabulous trunk shows perfect for the holiday season, and serving organic coffee and tea creating a perfect place to socialize with other mommies.

Mommy Mornings is headed up by Leila Antakly, editor of NinuNina, a New York-based culture blog. “All of my best friends have kids in the city and I’m always listening to them talk about what they want. I’m programming the park with them in mind!” There will be additional partners added to the already fun filled calendar. As Antakly reminds us, pop ups are full of surprises. “Every week, we’re adding new entertainment into our programming.” Look forward to seeing you there!
