Birthdays

Does anyone become depressed around their birthdays ?  Does anyone feel asthough they spend the entire day devoted to the needs of others?  Is anyone else astonished when someone does something unexpectedly nice for them?  Food for thought 1 (63 )

I don't celebrate my birthday anymore.  I spent too many years being sad and when I turned 50 that was the end of it.  I understand how you feel
