Christmas bonus to the nanny or babysitter
What would be an appropriate Christmas gift or bonus to a babysitter who has been working for us since august 2011?

Usually the rule of thumb around here is that the bonus should equal one week's pay. So, if you pay your sitter $100/week, she would receive an additional $100 as a gift...
