Working Mother's Social Network | MyWorkButterfly

I find that setting out priorities is key, and so are lists. When we see on paper, the old fashion medium, it is much clear what has to be done, and what  can wait. Having three kids has given me  a reality check, one , aim high, but with small steps, two, be proactive, three, be positive, and four, if all else fails, call a friend and go for a walk, and try again!
In today's society we sometimes forget why we are doing things, why we have kids, and why we are married? Again, focus and prioritize. What is more important to you, and your family? How can this make my life healthier and happier? Lastly, Am I happy  or not and why?
Juggling is not easy, and neither is family and jobs, but we reap the rewards. Those home cooked meals planned in advance are yum , and well worth the trouble, those play dates planned, are well  worth a happy kid, and happy mom, and thew home help and team work is worth the effort even when things like seem to not be getting done as fast as you'd like them, the kids learning responsibilities, making beds, taking out the trash, and helping all takes effort! and time and patience.
Nothing happens over night, and motherhood is an everlasting job  with room to grow.
Here's to motherhood! Here's to growth!
Thank you,
Marilyn Hernandez
