HR and Employment

This is a great place for HR, Employers and Recruiters to communicate with moms looking for job opportunities.

What kind of flex-friendly roles do you offer? What is your work culture like? Is it conducive to helping moms manage it all and grow within an organization?  Do you offer telecommuting.

Hi Everyone

I am a mom to 2 adult boys. I work from home and love what I do. Helping other moms to earn a corporate income around their families. We are a very different kind of company. We are a manufacturing company that delivers better, safer products directly to the consumer at better value than grocery store brands. But the great part is that the company redirects funds that would typically be used for advertising, multiple distribution channels and middle-men into better quality products and shares these saved funds with the "little guys" like you and me.

I don't sell anything, no parties, not MLM. We are an INc 500 Company.

I can share all the information with you , I do an on line presentation on friday mornings for you to hear all the info. If you would like more information just visit my site. My story and photo is on the bottom right hand side.   This is a life changing opportunity.

I am in business development for a great fashion house out of NYC. We are currently looking to fill a select number of sales consultant positions in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, as well as in many parts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Consultants are independent women who enjoy the entrepreneurial opportunity of building a business while maintaining family and social commitments. ETCETERA has a fabulous opportunity for the right woman who loves clothes and working with other women, wants the flexibility to work part-time from home and would like the opportunity to profit financially from her networking ability. This position has great earning potential and tremendous perks - Should you be selected to join our team, you’ll be managing a business from the privacy of your home, yet with an infrastructure of resources, training and tools that are considered the best in the industry! Furthermore, you’ll be representing the largest and best-known organization of its kind in the world.

This independent contractor role is ideal for women who are:
Motivated and well connected
Interested in running her own business
Wanting and needing a flexible work schedule
Someone who enjoys clothes, helping others, and having fun too!

Hi Everyone! I am a Life & Career Coach for women. Carol, I see your post in the Forum regarding a Job Club. Is this something that will be doing in 2011, as well? Could you use a Coach on your panel?

Hi, I'm a mum of 3 boys Jaryd 15, Aiden 13, and Logan 11. I live on the mid north coast of NSW in Australia a small coastal village which is just a great location to be working from home. I can take my work down to the beach and work around my 3 beautiful boys which I just love. The business I am in is the direct sales of a Personal Development Program which has not only helped me but my partner and my kids. I also assist other people to reach their potential in all areas of their lives
Look Forward to catching up with everyone
