Online Management & Staff Training?

Over the years we have seen a push to provide remote/virtual training to employees. Is anyone seeing a big shift in 2010 to offer management and staff trainings online? If so, are you developing online training in house or working with a third party? Is cost a driving factor for online training?

I am a big endorser of open-source technology and use Moodle and Courselab over the past 8 years to deploy our customized training online to our internal staff and customers. What type of technology if any are you using to train your staff? I look forward to reading your thoughts!
