I agree with Glenda - my son is 9 and feel like I lost my mojo.....since becoming a mom. I took the best care of myself before and during pregnancy but can't seem to get the drive back to take care of myself (focus is on others). Any suggestions to getting back on the "wagon"?

Great topic!  My son is seventeen, and it seems as though it has taken me the longest to get my Mojo/Groove back.  I am happy to say, I have started and have been consistently working out for 11 weeks.  Now I just need to drop more pounds!  I am looking forward to sharing and learning.  Have a blessed evening.
