April was an incredibly eventful month as we made an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show to discuss child sexual abuse prevention and My Body Belongs to Me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUdZMqjwGR4

Oprah stresses the importance of teaching children to tell someone if they are being abused. I hope to get important child sex abuse prevention tips out to as many parents as possible. Former paralegal trying to re-enter workforce after being home for 20 years. Seems like I have lost all credibility even though I have been very active. Plan on taking more college course to become more tech savvy; hard to compete against young grads.

I am an attorney in MN. Both my colleague and I are thinking of going solo and starting our own practice in part to create a better work-life balance. Has anyone here done that? If they have what has been their experience? We both have children around 14 months old.
