If your daughter is a mom and an entrepreneur, you need to give a lot of support and encouragement. You also need to know when to be quiet! You may even work at your daughter's business with her. What are your thoughts and challenges?

Hi Sheila - LOVE your products! Are you learning, like me, that I'm learning as much, if not more, from my daughter than she may have learned from me? Currently, I am not working with my daughter full time, but this is my goal, my dream. She's the Calm Baby RN.
I love encouraging women and while I've been doing that in the business arena for nearly ten years, I'm finding that going on house calls with my daughter and encourging new moms is even more rewarding!
Does your daughter have children? One of my challenges is knowing when to encourage my daughter to devote time to her children and when to chip in and do that for her. I can't be the Calm Baby RN, but I can't be my grandkids' mom, either. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

Our company - ThreeSixtyFive Cards, is family owned. My daughter and I are both graphic designers and manage to work together very successfully! There are certainly challenges, but open communication is the best answer, not only with family members but everyone involved in the business.
