Moms with Arthritis

When you are a Mom and have arthritis you must go on . Some days are harder than others . One of my biggest challenges was cooking for my children on painful days . Being born with a birth injury to my right arm and having several surgeries prepared me for not only cooking but surviving arthritis flares . Over the years I have developed many ways to complete kitchen tasks utilizing things around my home . I look forward to sharing with you and hearing ways you cope with pain and family .
