hi every one.. this is such a great group! I have reentered the writing field and interview yogi's and yoga and health inspired entrepreneurs around the world. I think blogs are the greatest way to share information on a global front.

Awhile back I posted an article about a lovely woman in LA who teaches yoga to woman and teens in the prison system in Los Angeles. There have been many articles about how yoga helps all people regain a necessary balance in their lives to move forward in a positive manner.
