I very much enjoyed the converstaion yesterday. I enjoyed listening to other women who struggle with the same issues that I do. The women on the panel were inspiring and I left the room with a lot to think about.

The conversation this morning was interesting and very inspiring. It was a pleasure to listen to all the smart and talented women in that room, who were openly sharing the challenges the're experiencing in their life. And thanks to Wendy, I decided to skip my HR networking meeting tomorrow morning in the city (I'm currently job searching) and instead attend an event at my daughter's school. one of this morning's messages - life is short and there are no "do overs" sometimes.
Regards,
susan cohen (not a supermom but a "trying my best" mom)

It was delightful to welcome all the Supermoms this morning. Thank you for joining us and supporting Go Red For Women. As the director of Go Red in this region, I’m in awe of the fascinating, inspiring women that I have the privilege of meeting and collaborating with to create programs like the Supermoms Roundtable. Thank you to our brilliant host and ed. chair, Traci Alexander, AKA MzMom and our sponsor and “coach” Wendy Kaufman of Balancing Life’s Issues. Thank you to the Supermom panel, Grace, Carolyn, Millie, Patricia and Lynne. Thank you Terry and Bradi for all your support and providing us the platform to continue our discussion.

The American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women movement is dedicated to helping women fight back against our no. 1 killer--heart disease. The movement captures and celebrates our energy, intelligence and passion and it is powered by our strength in numbers. Through the Supermoms Roundtable we can join together to share and learn from one another. As a mom to my 15 month old baby boy, I look forward to all your pearls of wisdom. When you visit this forum know that it’s your moment. Think of your heart and what is most important to it and you and your family, and please share freely. At the Heart of this Go Red For Women forum is each unique, inspired, sincere, empowered voice—writing out loud.
I look forward to connecting with you.
Go Red!
Best, Potoula
