A little about yourself...: I have a 4 month old little boy, who I adore and love spending time with. I am considering returning to work, hopefully part time, in the next few months.

The Ferber thing went great. The first night was HORRIBLE, but it just kept getting better from there. Kaila still wakes up often (about 3 times) through the night to nurse, but she is sleeping in her crib, which was our priority goal. I sent Colby my backup info on exactly what I was doing and I can forward it to you. I included my spreadsheet of when she was waking, the time that we waited, etc...
