A little about yourself...
I'm 27 years old and been happily married for almost 6 years.I just had my daughter in May. My husband and I are thrilled. We have 2 cats and a boxer. I currently am running toward the end of my maturnity leave and am not looking forward to returning to work. We are trying to find a way that I can stay at home and still contribute to the household financially. Currently, I am the manager of group home for developmently disabled adults. I do however have a degree in marketing.

Hi Mandy, I read your post on the Work at home mom's group page. I am currently working from home as a virtual call center representative. I am self-employed but I'm contracted by a company called Arise. I choose from thier portfolio of clients who I want to work for, I choose my own hours and I get paid on average of $14-$16 per hour.

I am a mother of 3 and partnering with Arise has worked out very well for me. Let me know if you have any questions. I also recently started a blog that delves a little into my experiences working with this company.

Hi, Mandy!
I was in your place 17 years ago - but there were so very few stay at home opportunities! You will be able to pick from so many!! I invite you to take a peek at Apriori Beauty - www.aprioribeauty.com/FIC/candace. We just opened in June, and I have a consultant in Las Vegas who has a brand new baby boy!
You will receive a free website, and everything, and I mean everything, is done through our online websites! All we do is share samples - no large upfront investment, no parties, no quotas! Make 20 - 30% with just a few clients! Take a look and let me know if you have questions!
Best wishes to you and your beautiful new baby! Candy

Hi Mandy,
I hear you loud and clear about staying at home and contributing to the household income. I started an agency 18 years ago when my son was just 2. It allowed women to work 2 1/2 days per week and their job share partner worked the other half of the week. I won awards for this innovation. So I understand how to help women achieve this balance. I have recently become involved in a new business venture that will allow women to make money while working from home. The name of the company is MXI Corp, a very successful company that markets a line of superfoods that include chocolate, protein bars, protein drinks and cookies. They have loads of antioxidents in them and are diabetic friendly. If you are at all interested in learning more, I would love to talk with you. I do plan to make this as successful as my marketing company and I do plan to have women who are looking for flexibilty to be part of it. You can call me at 203-803-9591 and we can discuss whether or not this will work for you . Best, kathy
