No-Fault Divorce on Appeal in New York

Hi,
I've been writing and blogging about divorce for awhile now, after my own heartbreaking divorce. I live in New York and last summer New York became the 50th and final state to enact no-fault divorce. To me, this was a disgrace and a tragedy. The social ills we're seeing all across America, especially where our children are concerned, are directly related to our out-of-control divorce system. I just read one of the blog posts here about meditation and how parents need to improve their actions and communications after divorce (or while going through divorce) in order to serve the well-being of their children. As parents, children should be our number one priority, and I applaud those who are concerned about the aftermath and work with parents to co-parent in a productive way.
