Hi Carlene,
Welcome to Butterfly! We do hope you took a moment to bid on the handsomely sweet Nick Lachey to benefit VH1 Save The Music.

You can start your journey here by looking to join some of the many groups to connect and network with like women (groups under members tab). Enjoy the celebrity Mom Mentor videos like the one this month with Legal Analyst Lisa Bloom and the inspiring working mom interviews. And, don't miss the resourceful/lifestyle editorial offering advice in everything from child care to parenting to travel and nutrition.

Or, consider reaching out to Julie Cohen, Butterfly's resident Career Coach (click thru on left side of home page) who is an expert in guiding women. She offers great advice in the Resources/Career Coach section. There's also 10,000+ jobs to be had on our National Job Search Board.

Please let us know if you have any questions and please take a moment to invite your circle of moms into the community so that we can empower as many women as possible/upload your photo!
Very Best,
Terry and Bradi, Co-Founders

Hey Carlene....I feel ya! I manage to pump 3 to 4 times a day. I am very lucky because I get a lot of milk. My right breast produces a lot more than the left. Some mornings I can get 10 ounces from the right! When are you going back to work? Maybe while you are still home you can pump more times a day and freeze the extra? I don't know how you have any extra time with 4 kids! My other suggestion is to do half and half. Sometimes, when the milk runs low, you can do half breast milk and half formula. At least then you know the baby is getting some breast milk!

Good Luck,
Danielle
