A little about yourself...: I am a full-time working attorney of 2 wonderful boys. I telecommute 2 days a week. The job is very demanding and my home life is very demanding - with a long commute, 2 kids, a husband with an equally demanding job and a husband in graduate school. I am constantly trying to figure out a good work-life balance and ways to better organize my life to be more efficient.

Since your schedule and that of your husband are so busy, have you considered getting a part time housekeep/nanny to lighten your load (literally)? Or even a "mother's helper", and older teen who can help you with the kids while you're home.

Also, have you considered teaching law? Even at a community college or your local law school, it might be a career change to think about to bring about a better work/life balance
