A little about yourself...: I'm British now living in Barbados and a single mother for the past 10 years (my daughter is 13). I work fulltime as a research and planning analyst and also teach undergraduate psychology part-time on evenings. About to start my doctorate in Education. Am okay most of the time, but I don't have any close friends who are single parents and do sometimes feel 'lonely' in that regard...hence, my reason for joining this community:).
