Scour Butterfly's National Job Search Board if need be or apply directly to Cigna's offerings (click banner on top of home page) or the flex job opening with Jos. A. Bank (click tile to right of this page). They are two companies actively recruiting moms like you. Our career counselor can be found under the resources tab if you need further guidance.

Each month we feature a mom mentor video interview to inspire and empower the Butterfly community and to prove that we are not alone in our journey. Enjoy Karyn Parsons this month in celebration of Black History Month, featured on our home page. Karyn played Hilary Banks on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air series and is the Founder of Sweet Blackberrry, a non profit educating kids about "unsung black heroes".
