A little about yourself...: I'm a stay at home mom. I am a Yoga Instructor for all ages, as young as 3 months up to adults. My Yoga business allows me to teach classes while my children are in school and be home when they get off the bus so I can run them around to all their sporting events.

Yoga moms with Yoga kids

I'm a yoga instructor in Sussex County, NJ and I'm trying to spread the word through Butterfly to more moms like me. I started my yoga business to introduce children as well as adults to yoga, to help open their eyes to how wonderful yoga can be. It's a wonderful feeling to know how much you can help people feel healthier and also feel better about themselves. I feel very fortunate to have made so many new friends through yoga.
