- Partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in the Firm’s Miami office. Practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private fund formation, joint ventures, securities offerings of equity and debt, venture capital and general corporate matters. Advise emerging and established public and private companies, including strategic buyers and sellers and private-equity sponsors, on a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters. Handle transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, food products and beverages, aviation, transportation, manufacturing, insurance and education.
Recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer. Actively involved in McDermott's pro bono efforts and was recently awarded McDermott’s Award for Outstanding Achievement and Commitment to Pro Bono Service and Commitment to the Community. In addition, honored by the Put Something Back Pro Bono Project for work in assisting Holocaust survivors in connection with their receipt of reparations from the German government.
