I work for a new facilities management company and manage location all over the U.S. We also do some construction work <100K per project.

I have 12 years of experience in the construction industry including project engineering, project management, scheduling, contract administration (Including AIA), safety, insurance and project closeout. I have created manuals, templates, and reports to help make files easier to access and organize
