I know that even though I have been a Life Coach for many years I considered being vulnerable myself a weakness (although I wouldn't admit it for many years). In more recent years, I started to see that the reason to "hide" (and not share how I was truly experiencing life) is because I thought I was the "only one". My unconscious little voice would say "there is something wrong with you". The context I had created for my life was of feeling good when I thought I was "better than others"…
