No Parking Allowed!

The parking spots designated as "Handicapped Only" are filled as usual. I slow down as I spot a woman coming out of the sport center. I would not have guessed that one of the vehicles parked in the sacred "H" zone belong to this red faced, sweaty, floral leotard clad woman. She obviously had just come from an exercise class of one sort or another and is walking without the assistance of cane, walker,crutches, or cast. I'm familiar with this scene.
