A little about yourself...: I got married and had children young and when the youngest was in elementary school I started my fashion consulting business. That was 10 years ago, and I now do personal shopping, image consulting and wardrobe organizing.

A husband and wife are making a lot of money-- they live in Tampa. I have also researched other home based businesses and could give you the information if you think that it might be good for her. Is there a website for what you do for trump? I'd like to learn more about it. Health and wellness seems like a good area now. My daughter actually works for a healthcare company called Mapi Values that does marketing for pharmas. She lives in Brighton and her office is near the Pru Center. She's not crazy about it though and wants to take a cross country bike trip next summer from Boston to Santa Barbara building houses for Habitat for Humanity. I just don't know what she'll do when she gets home. Did I mention that I work with a company called Carlisle? As part of my services I'm a wardrobe consultant for two private label fashion lines called Carlisle and PerSe. If you are looking for something fashion related that is not full time you might want to look into being a consultant for them. The clothes are sold in consultant's homes 4 x per year. It fits in nicely with a family and other work. It sounds like you miss NY. It's not so great any more. I feel the city has lost a lot of energy with the recent events. I'm in NY at least once a week and I'm always glad to get back to NJ. I may be coming up to Boston to visit my daughter, I will let you know and maybe we can meet for coffee! Sharon

I lived on East End Avenue in NYC acrosss from Gracie Mansion and my two daughters were born there. I have been running a public relations firm in Boston and also doing a lot of consulting on design projects . I have worked on a lot of retail and shopping center development-- also with the Boston design center, helping with marketing, because business was slow. I thought of setting up tours to different design centers in other geographic areas such as North Carolina. Another concept: I pitched an idea to an Italian travel company about setting up fashion tours to Italy for professional women. I got hooked up with trump through someone I know and it is very interesting. Trump became partners with a Massachusetts company, Ideal Health, and developed a product line in the health and wellness industry. The company is growing daily and trump has a national media campaign planned including appearances on The Oprah Show and USA Today. People are becoming quite successful doing this and it is also an effective marketing tool for business people to use it as gifts for clients. This is an interesting business and they are actively looking for more people to become distributors. Fashion is still what I love and perhaps we can brainstorm together on another avenue. What is your daughter doing in Boston? She must be working here. I am open to new possibilities all the time and am actively trying to relocate out of this state. I'm sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you. The holidays were hectic (but fun). It's funny you're from Boston, my daughter lives in Brighton. She went to Tufts and graduated last year. She loves it there.
I'm based in Livingston, NJ which is about 20 miles outside Manhattan. I do not have clients out of state except for NY. There's no reason I couldn't, I just have been concentrating my marketing on NJ and NY. I work with individual clients helping them improve their wardrobe and visual appearance. Some services I offer are wardrobe cleanouts, personal shopping, color analysis, image consulting and custom clothing. I love to know that I help people feel better about themselves while saving them money on unflattering clothes and accessories. I'd enjoy hearing more about what you do for Trump. Jared Kushner who married Ivanka is from Livingston. Please let me know how I can help you and if there's a way we can corroborate.

I started out by being an owner/partner in a Boston high end gift, craft , and home furnishings gallery. It was in a mall in Boston that attracted customers from downtown and from the hotels-- convention business. I have designed windows at another hotel in Boston on the waterfront and consulted to commercial real estate developers. I presently connected with The Trump Network , a business founded by Donald Trump, that someone introduced me too. This has a lot of potential and is exploding. It is a distribution network of products in the health and wellness industry. Where are you from? Do you have clients out of state?
