Spring is finally here! I don't know about you, but I love the longer, bright, sunny days that lay ahead.  There are so many things to look forward to, especially the rebirth of our beige, winter existence.  Not to sound too cliche, but there is something special about looking forward to our tulips popping through the ground.  Have you ever really looked at the tulips when they pop through the soil?  You can visualize the dark, cold winter days they had endured only to awaken to the warm…

What holds us back from doing what we really want to do?  Is it lack of motivation?  Is it lack of time? Is it lack of support?  The good thing about these, and most excuses, is that they are variables.  We can change them as soon as we want.  It's when we get fed up with things staying the same, is when we change.  It's when we look in the mirror and want a strong body, but haven't done enough to get it.  It's when we stand up and say, "Enough is enough!"

As I sat down this morning to write this, my first sentences read: I am happy to report that my butterflies are still going strong! The 3 that emerged a few weeks ago are flying, eating, and even look like they are socializing. I left this for a while - my morning got busy. I heard some rustling in their habitat; my stomach sank.
