- I am the co-founder of MyWorkButterfly. I have been in the workforce for the last 29+ years within the recruitment advertising industry.
Since 1995, upon taking 3 months off (maternity leave) to have my first child, Danielle, and then again in 2000 (another maternity leave) to have my second child, Hunter, I have been a working mother juggling it all.
I am of the opinion it is possible to have it all. However, I am not of the opinion that it is possible to do it all right each and every day. I never thought it would be easy. Some days I want to pat myself on the back, while others I've cried myself to sleep because I have failed miserably. I think as long as we know that's it's okay to sometimes fail, and that we have a good support system, as well as a place to share experiences with like-minded women, and the tools to get there (not to mention a better economy), we should all be able to reach our goals...whatever they may be. I know it's a tall order. But that's why we built MyWorkButterfly. Built by two Moms. For Moms.
I thank g-d for my partner Bradi Nathan, for surely none of this would have been possible. You couldn't ask for a better friend or business partner. And it's been an incredible journey. I can't wait to see what happens.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and registered nurse. Most of my work has been with mothers, children and families. I have also worked with chronically ill children and adults.
My practice is in suburban Chicago but not limited geographically as I do telephone consults (free initial). I have two websites as well. www.babydreamzzz.com and www.parentingintheloop.com. Recently I started a blog www.parentingintheloop.wordpress.com. These have pages on Facebook as well.
