A little about yourself...: I am married and a working mother of two "active" toddler boys. I currently work in the education field and I also have a small company (Team Outsource, LLC) that specializes in assisting company's with their outsourcing needs. I have also had my Florida Real Estate License since 1990. For me personally, working makes me a better wife and mother to my kids.

Thanks for the sweet comment about pic of my boys. I grew up with sisters so having boys sure has been an eye opener for me! And I love it!

I have had to learn to give them the freedom to be boys and do crazy boy things that really don't seem like the safest thing to me, but my husband reassures me that it's OK.

Just last night I was with my neighbor with my 5 yr old and he fell down going down their steps. The husband rushed out to make sure he was OK (he has two girls) and I didn't even move. Jace hopped up and continued on his way. I've learned to let them take their falls and wait for them to call for mom when it "really" hurts.
