A little about yourself...: I am a mom to 21 y.o. boy and 9 y.o. girl and a step-mom to 15 and 12 y.o. girls. I own a private practice called Pediatric Therapy & Yoga of Morris, LLC where I provide yoga and therapy to kids with special needs of all ages.
I am a licensed NJ Board Certified Physical Therapist and treat children with congenital and developmental delays, such as Autism, ADHD, ADD, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delays, CP, anxiety and many other diagnoses.
I am also a Licensed Practitioner of Yoga for the Special Child Method.
Yoga has been a big part of my life. I hope to reach out to other moms who are working and juggling their families needs while growing their professional practice, business, etc. and are conscious of finding that special balance in their lives through meaningful practice of Yoga.
