I've always thought, as an adult, that whats on the inside shows up on the outside. Well, it seems to be true. For the last month and a half I have been practicing Yoga on a regular basis. I am HOOKED! I am at the Yoga studio at least four times a week and I take two classes on Sunday. I have never been hooked on any fitness program. But, maybe thats the point. Yoga and The Organic Garden

Yoga and the Organic Garden,

I am an avid cook and gardener and have almost as much passion for my garden and cooking as I do for my yoga practice. There are some many comparisons to be made between my two favorite things in life. Every year I plant 8 pots of beautiful vegetables and herbs. It is so luxurious that I actually take the time to clean my face like it's a spa visit (but right in my own bathroom)! The products smell so wonderful it's like a trip to France… Continue
