First In Home Customer

Hi,

Yesterday I received a friend that came to pick up my 6 year old to a play date, she fell in love with some of my pieces and bought them instantly, I was so surprised and happy that when she started looking for an earring to match one of her necklaces I offered to make her one right there… so I came up with the design for her approval and it turned out gorgeous… It’s funny how things happened when you least expects it… I’m starting this home based business, reading everything, going everywhere to find ideas on how to market my jewelry, how to find costumers, this and that, and all of a sudden the word of mouth, is the big deal! You start small, your friends tell their friends and all of a sudden people ask you about your work, your designs, your inspirations… I’m so happy today I just wanted to share…

Unbelievable, right? I started wearing my jewelry this week. Wherever I go I'm wearing it... It's like I'm a live display... free marketing... anyway, she(my 1st In home) saw the earring I was wearing, realized that it goes well with the necklace her friend is custom ordering and asked me to do an earring for her to gift her friend. I mean, it's not a lot, won't even pay my grocery bill, but it's a response... it gives me confidence to keep on going! ;)
