How do you benefit by owning your own company?

We love owning our own company! We have a lot of flexibility and have learned how to 'divide and conquer' when we need to. We have a huge calendar that outlines deadlines and meeting schedules. If we lost that calendar, we would be sunk! We also have the flexibility to be with our families during holidays and vacations.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?

We firmly believe that if you have a fresh idea...just do it. It takes a bit of perseverance, but the rewards can be astounding both personally and professionally.
