How would you like to get rid of those unwanted pounds, curb your sugar cravings, exhibit portion control and enter the holidays, starting with Halloween, with a leaner, detoxified, more metabolically efficient, well rested body? I'm in, Wanna join me?

I'm "Falling Back" Into Healthy Eating. Starting on September 26th, I will start with a 5 Day high fiber cleanse during which I will be substituting my regular meals with high fiber, low glycemic yummy protein shakes, pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements, high protein low glycemic snack bars and LOTS of veggies. I will lose between 4 and 6 pounds this week alone! At the same time, I'll be sleeping like a baby getting rid of my urge to splurge on sugary foods!

 

After the 5 Day cleanse, I'll continue my weight loss by substituting 2 meals daily with the high fiber shakes, snacking on the protein bars, balancing my nutritional needs with the supplements and slowly adding in lean protein and low glycemic foods for one of my daily meals. During this phase, I will lose between 5 and 15 pounds. This phase will last for 4 weeks and end the Friday before Halloween.
