About two weeks ago I started dropping inches (after about a week of the seasonal cold/flu). I decided to try to watch what I consume since. I've got to tell you that I had forgotten how good I feel being slender. Today my thoughts wandered to my weight loss and to see how I can keep it going.

If anyone has lost some weight recently, and would like to share what you did please let me know. I am looking for suggestions other than the typical ones (drink water, eat less, exercise more) please.

If there are any moms here near Tacoma, please respond. Buddy system can be good.

Not much to tell. Hit a plateau. Did not work out much. Took a picture to see the slimming. Not much to celebrate yet, but working on it still.

So my guy says to me "your butt is hard"; hope that I do not offend anyone. I could not believe it. These squats are working. Yes...!

Good for you! When I need to slim down I write down everything I eat and stick to 1200 calories. Good luck!!

Okay so I started exercising doing a few jumping jacks and situps. Jacks were ok. Situps. Killer. But I survived to tell the tale.

It has been a week since my last post. I have not lost any weight, but the good news is I have not gained either. My back feels stronger; I can vacuum and sweep without it going out. I must keep going with these situps.

So I have not had any posts to this particular blog, but I have seen many suggestions and ideas since posting this one. I am taking it all in indeed.

So today was not a good day for me; I ate a donut. But I simply could not resist. It was warmed. The glaze was very good. Minor setback. Tomorrow I am back at the goal.
