What are the benefits of family game night?

The benefits are huge. First of all, family game night is a great way to spend quality time together as a family that DOES NOT cost anything. What a great way to introduce something fun to do in place of something that your kids may not be able to do anymore because of finances. Secondly, it creates bonding between family members. In this stressful world game night is a great way to relax, get back in touch with our youth, laugh, play, and just have fun. Since game night is a commitment from all family members it teaches kids the importance of family AND it gets kids away from the TV, cell phone, texting and computers and back in touch with the connection of people. Game night is just all around fun. |
